A.)  Take 15-20 minutes to build to “todays” 1RM Power Clean

*Concentrate on speed and good foot position.  Avoid catching the barbell in a overly wide stance. (if you can’t front squat from your landing position you are too wide).

5 – Power Clean (@ 65-70% of todays 1RM)
10 – Toes To Bar
