A.)  Push Press – 5 X 5

*If it feels good go for a 5 rep max, if your not feeling it just get some work done.

 

B.)  Every Minute On The Minute for 10 Minutes

10 – Thrusters (95/65)
10 – Bar Hop Burpees

* If you fail to get 10 thrusters and 10 burpees in any minute immediately start the next minute with 8 thrusters and 8 burpees.  If you fail again drop 2 reps for the next minute and so on.

 

C.)  Row 1000 meters or run 800 meters at an easy conversational pace.
