Set 2 – 3@80%
Set 2 – 2@90%
Set 4 – 1@95%
Sets 5-8 Go for it! (New 1RM)

 

B) 3 Rounds For Time of:

5 – Power Clean (155/105)
10 – Reverse Alternating Lunges (155/105)
