A)  Weighted Pull Ups 3-3-3-1-1-1

*Build each set to a 1RM

* if you can’t do weighted pull ups do 3 rounds of max rep strict pull ups (with or without assistance 8-15 rep range)

 

B)  3 Rounds For Time:

20 – Box Jump – Step Down (24/14)
20 – Power Cleans (95/65)
20 – Wall Balls (20/14)
