With a partner complete 4 rounds each of the following:

250 Meter Row

25′ Handstand Walk

15 – Pull Ups

25′ Handstand Walk

Each partner does a complete round while the other partner rests.

Handstand walks can be scaled with assistance from your partner (holding your legs while you walk) or can be substituted with a wheelbarrow with your partner holding your legs.
