With a partner complete 5 rounds for time of:

400 Meter Run/Row/Ski

20 Deadlifts (225/155)

30 Pull Ups
Both partners complete the run/row/ski together and then split the reps evenly on the deadlifts (10 each) and pull ups (15 each).
